Payments for commercial brokers and introducers

Pay commissions, handle clawbacks, split fees cleanly

Broker money is mostly payouts: commissions out to introducers, fees split between parties, and the occasional clawback when a deal unwinds. Each one needs to be referenced to the deal and reconciled, or your commission ledger is an argument waiting to happen.

Payouts, splits and clawbacks

When a deal completes, commission is due, often split between an introducer, the broker and sometimes a network. Those payouts have to be accurate, prompt and referenced to the deal.

Clawbacks run the other way: a deal unwinds inside its clawback period and commission has to be recovered, which means tracking what was paid, to whom, against which deal.

Do this across many deals and parties on an ad-hoc basis and the commission ledger drifts, with disputes over who was paid what for which case.

The payment mix that fits

Not one rail. The two to four that match how money actually moves here.

Settlement accounts

Hold and reconcile each deal, so commissions and splits are referenced to the case.

Faster Payments

Pay introducers and split fees the same day, correctly referenced.

Your flow of funds, orchestrated

Each deal sits in a settlement account. On completion, commission is paid out over Faster Payments, split between introducer, broker and network as agreed, each payout referenced to the deal. If a deal unwinds in its clawback period, the recovery is tracked against the same deal. Payouts, splits and clawbacks reconcile per deal on one ledger, so the commission position is clear and uncontested.
